We offer exchanges only — no returns or refunds.
Eligible if:

- Product is unused, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact
- Only for size concerns or manufacturing defects

Exchanges are processed after quality inspection.
Not eligible: altered or customised garments, products showing signs of wear or damage.
Custom & Made-to-Order
Custom and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges are not applicable except in case of a manufacturing defect raised within 24 hours of delivery and approved by our team.
